  The State of Black America
Each year, the National Urban League issues The State of Black America, a compilation of essays and papers about the progress and plight of African-Americans in our society. As is the tradition of The State of Black America, each edition also proposes solutions to the problems it reveals. The State of Black America 2004 report will be available Wednesday, March 24, 2004.
