Why The hand over in Iraq is Important: To the Iraqis
As with all proud people, the Iraqis have to solve their own problems. I hope America continues to give them the aid they need, but the Iraqi have to provide the heart and do the work for change. We need the same thing is our community. The government can provide welfare benefits and basic services but it can't provide the drive to succeed, we need to grow that drive within our people.
